Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AURA — the AI verification service available at logicsstack.net, including the website, live demo, API, and paid subscription tiers (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

AURA is an AI verification layer: it processes text, checks factual claims against the source materials you designate, and returns citations or flags. The Service is provided on free and paid subscription tiers as described on the pricing page. We may improve or modify features over time.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email and billing information you provide and for keeping any API keys issued to you confidential.
• You may not: reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without written permission; use it to violate law or third-party rights; probe or disrupt its security or rate limits; or submit content you have no right to process.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the text, documents, and source corpora you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell Customer Content. Output generated for you belongs to you.

5. Third-party model providers

The Service routes requests to third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to perform drafting and verification. Your Customer Content may be processed by those providers under their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring that submitting your content to the Service is permitted under your own obligations.

6. Verification disclaimer — important

AURA verifies claims against the sources you provide, not against all of reality. Verification quality depends on the completeness and accuracy of your corpus. The Service reduces — but cannot eliminate — the risk of inaccurate AI output. You remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or publishing it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-related uses. The Service does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Billing

• Paid tiers are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with notice effective at your next renewal.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that verification results will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
