AURA
Privacy Policy
Effective: August 1, 2026 · logicsstack.net
1. What this covers
This policy describes how AURA ("we") handles information when you use logicsstack.net, the live demo, the API, and paid subscriptions (the "Service").
2. Information we collect
- Content you submit: text you paste into the demo, tasks and source corpora sent to the API. Processed to provide the Service; demo text is processed transiently and not used to build profiles.
- Account and billing: your email address and subscription status. Payment card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical logs: IP address, request path, timestamps, request IDs, and latency, kept for security, rate limiting, and debugging.
3. How we use it
- To operate the Service: run verification, enforce tiers and rate limits, and deliver output.
- To bill subscriptions and grant entitlements via Stripe webhooks.
- To secure and improve the Service (diagnosing errors, preventing abuse).
- We do not sell your personal information or your submitted content.
4. Who processes your data
- AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic): text you submit is sent to a model provider to perform drafting and verification, under their data-use terms.
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
- Hosting/infrastructure providers (e.g., Railway, Cloudflare): run the servers and network that deliver the Service.
5. Retention
Demo submissions are not retained after processing. Entitlement records (email + subscription status) are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after. Technical logs are kept on a rolling short-term basis.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to production systems is restricted. Entitlement data is stored outside the web root. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; see the Terms for billing effects.
- Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights — contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
